We understand that enrolling your teen can be a difficult decision, but a necessary one. At this trying time we are here to offer assistance to your family. We can help put hope back into the equation. We can offer a planned approach that addresses the needs of your family. Lighthouse Christian Academy is a private Christian Boarding school. Students receiving a diploma from this school are eligible for college admittance and financial aid under regulations of the U.S. Department of Education. Our location provides us with opportunities to take advantage of seasonal activities as well. In an age where many teens either sit in front of a television / computer or hang out at the mall, it is refreshing to share activities that get them up and moving, stimulate their brain, or just let them enjoy the outdoors. Team sports provide opportunities for growth in a variety of areas. Many of the students have never played organized team sports before coming to ABM Ministries. In basketball and soccer they learn new skills and some even find they have a passion and determination for the sport.
During the hours of practice and playing games, teamwork and leadership skills are developed.
Some students even find a confidence they didn’t have before coming to the Academy.
