Aftercare/Next Steps/Transition for Teenagers and Young Adults

 Success in recovery is an ongoing process. This means that the patient is never “cured” but has begun to build a foundation for recovery during the residential stay.  These programs excel in developing unique aftercare plans.

 The Emerge young adult program integrates coaching, mentoring, advocacy and student support services into the college experience for student. Emerge specializes in transitional services and has an expertise in advising families with young adults who have experienced the challenges of learning, emotional and/or behavioral difficulties

Vive helps families flourish with therapeutic mentoring for young people combined with supportive coaching for their parents 1-800-261-0127		Life Strategies for Emerging Adults. Benchmark Transitions is a residential transitional living program for 18-28 year old men and women - providing clinical treatment, addiction recovery, aftercare, education and life skills.
