Expert Witness
- As an Expert (Educational Consultant) Witness, Dore Frances, M.A. will research and write a report that compares programs/schools, and/or determines the appropriate program/school to fit a minor's learning style.
- These reports may be used in situations where the non-custodial parent refuses to help pay for a private program or school.
- Having been qualified as an expert witness, Dore Frances, M.A. may testify in court as to the specific programs and needs of your child / client.
- Minor clients who have been adjudicated delinquent need help finding therapeutic program or schools or other specialized residential settings which may result in less incarceration time or none at all.
Program / School Consulting / Guidance Dore Frances is dedicated to bringing a new holistic and supportive focus to the industry of emotional growth / residential treatment .
- We only accept a few clients at a time so the projects, and the people participating in them, receive our full attention.
- We work with organizations and programs of all sizes, including those in a planning or transition phase.
- We partner with organizations to assess and improve outcomes and effectiveness through a broad range of services including program startup.
- We offer trainings in many components to emotional growth / residential programs and schools. Trainings may be held at the campus or off-site locations.
- As needs vary, time and cost of trainings will also vary. Please contact HFS for more information and to set up a training schedule.
