Advanced Issues in Child Custody: The Child’s Perspective, September 30-October 1, 2010, presented by Mindy F. Mitnick, Ed.M., M.A., will focus on strategies for improving your ability to understand and present the voice of the child to parents and to professionals working with families living apart.

Participants will learn about improving the reliability of information obtained from children by conducting developmentally sensitive interviews, using language children can understand, following a continuum of suggestiveness in questions and using a flexible protocol.
