Author of "Thinking in Pictures", "Livestock Handling and Transport," "Genetics and the Behavior of Domestic Animals," and "Humane Livestock Handling."

Her books "Animals in Translation" and "Animals Make Us Human" were both on the New York Times best seller list. "Animals Make Us Human" was also on the Canadian best seller list. Her life story has also been made into an HBO movie titled "Temple Grandin, staring Claire Danes." Time magazine recognized Temple as one of 100 most influential people in 2010.

Eustacia Cutler, B.A. Author of "A Thorn in My Pocket" where she describes raising Temple in the conservative world of the 1950's..

Eustacia was one of the first to overcome the difficulties of "challenging the system." Like every parent and teacher, she wanted the best for her child. She understands the myth, reality, angst, and guilt a family experiences in society.

The Mantegna Family: Families Together's First Family of Autism Arlene is the chairman of Autism Families Together and creator of the Autism Families Together Network. She will be speaking on the importance of family in her life.

She will be attending with her daughter Mia, a young lady with autism who is a make-up artist and currently working with Inclusion Films.

Also invited are Gia Mantegna, Mia's younger sister, who is working with Dr. Sally on developing an online sibling network and Joe Mantegna, who stars as David Rossi on CBS' "Criminal Minds" and is a strong advocate of families and programs for children with autism.

Dr. Sally Burton-Hoyle, Ph.D.: Assistant professor at Eastern Michigan University, Chair of the Autism Department, President of Families Together, and founder of Kidpower, a network for brothers and sisters of individuals with autism. Dr. Burton-Hoyle was 14 when her brother was diagnosed with autism in 1967 and has been a lifelong advocate for individuals with autism.
