Separate in Living, Together in Treatment.

On October 1, 2009 the girls are moving to a beautiful country home overlooking the valley. This move will allow girls gender specific treatment while still providing co-ed experiences through school, activities, and treatment.

• Female LRA students live in a home a few miles off campus on fi ve acres of beautiful property.
• Co-ed opportunities through school and activities provide structured social interaction.
• Girls focus on individual interests and life skills such as: culinary arts, handicrafts, animal care
(including horses), community service, and more.
• Individual treatment plans address each girl’s unique and specifi c needs. Common issues include:
bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, dysthymia, substance abuse, etc.
• Our Adventure Learning Program offers girls many recreational and experiential opportunities such
as: skiing, hiking, rock climbing, camping, canoeing, river running, mountain biking, and other fun
activities.
• A staff Fitness Instructor promotes positive body image through education, healthy nutritional
choices, and an active lifestyle.
